Don't forget a flashing Kit!
A flashing kit is a silicone collar that adds a weatherproofing back to an area around the window where tiles have had to be removed. It helps to blend the window seamlessly into the roof tiles or slates. The flashing kit you need depends on what tiles you have and how the window should feature aesthetically.
