Founded 25 years ago, the Rooflight Company is a successful, employee-owned West Oxfordshire business with approximately 70 employees, designing and manufacturing rooflights and roof windows for the UK construction/specification market.

This role will be inspired by this and work closely with our Customer Service Team to ensure that a consistent feedback loop is maintained and acted upon. You will also work closely with the wider Operations Team and Design Team ensuring that the level of internal customer service provided is as high as our external customer service.
As Production Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the on-time and highest quality completion of daily scheduled builds within our Paint Line, Flashing Kit Line and Aluminum Window Production Line. Using lean techniques, you will be responsible for working with the Production Manager and fellow Operations Team Leaders to consistently implement incremental improvements. Independently, you will be able to lead your 6 reports to achieve great heights of performance and engagement whilst supporting co-owners in the wider Operations business area.
This is a busy role that requires excellent organisation skills, a high level of agility and the ability to follow set processes.
