Product: the Conservation Rooflight

A massive new development by Berkeley Homes at the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich comprises 4,000 high-quality, residential apartments and 250,000 sq ft of commercial space. The buildings included in the residential element of the project were the Grade II Listed Grand Store and the laboratory buildings dating back to the early 19th century. Keith Cowell, of A&Q Partnership, specified more than a hundred Conservation Rooflights® including a number from the Studio-Designer range. These were selected to be in keeping with the historical heritage of this well-known landmark, whilst providing essential light and ventilation to the living accommodation.
