Residential Property, Kent

This residential property is a new build home with a light and spacious feel. The Rooflight Company were approached directly by the homeowner as they wanted to replace some newly-installed roof windows to allow much more light to filter into the upstairs rooms. The homeowner set the challenge of providing a suitable solution for them whilst working with the appointed builder to ensure the roof was adapted to support the new specification.

Working closely with the client, the Rooflight Company put forward three possible solutions. The home owners also met face to face witht the Customer Service team to discuss any concerns they had before the final decision was made.

Once a suitable specification had been chosen, a Technical Support Co-ordinator visited the site to provide guidance on the installation of the new roof windows. The result is a series of twelve neo™ roof windows which match the minimalist design of the overall building.

“I would like to thank you for the personal service you offered us and the time you took to ensure we are happy. We would be pleased to endorse your products and your exceptional service to any of your future clients."
