It was essential that the new rooflights on this out-building at Pendennis Castle fitted within the existing structure of rafters and purlins since none could be replaced or cut. Specially-sized 'linked' Conservation Rooflights® were located over existing rafters and trusses and were fully compatible with the existing dimensions of the building structure. The Conservation Rooflights' protective coating was a further reason for their specification on this sea-front location. In addition to this, the paint colour was carefully selected to match the original slates.
