Five neo™ Fortecom Rooflights with viewable area of 0.6m x 1.5m were recently installed in a converted attic of a residence in Maidstone, Kent. The owners wanted to maximise natural light while maintaining a minimalist appearance on the interior and exterior of the building. This is achieved through the frameless design of the rooflight and the concealed mechanisms controlling the opening of the blinds and neo™ Fortecom itself. The rooflight's oak linings blend in with the furnishings on the interior.
