The Rooflight Company is pleased to offer a RIBA approved CPD seminar designed specifically for Architects and specifiers.

 The aims and outcomes of the seminar are summarised as follows:-

Aims. 

To provide a greater understanding of the history and development of top lighting in architecture and the role it has played in the past.
To provide inspiration and an insight into the quality and aesthetics of top lighting and the impact it has on the building.
To demonstrate through case studies how the original principles of top-lighting have been applied to projects including refurbishment, linking old with new and contemporary architecture.
To demonstrate the positive impact of natural light (and top lighting in particular) on a building in terms of well being to the people who live there.

Outcomes.

Delegates will have a greater understanding of the history and development of top lighting in architecture and the role it has played in the past
Delegates will come away with ideas on how to apply top lighting in new or refurbished buildings resulting in a positive impact on the building.
Delegates will be appraised of data on the positive aspects of natural on the people who live in our buildings.

This programme is of one hour duration including Q&A and debate and can be presented at your premises at a time in the day to suit your schedules.  Minimum delegate numbers may apply so please call us for details.
