Occupiers of the new Focal Point residential development by George Wimpey are enjoying the benefits of bright, welcoming living spaces due to the installation of low-profile Conservation Rooflights® in the properties. Architect Scott Robinson selected these specific models to bring natural light into the interiors after consultation with the local planning officer. Scott explains: "In order to blend in with the look of this development we required rooflights with an authentically traditional appearance as well as high performance standards. Conservation Rooflights® require no special measures to obtain a flush finish in the roof and, crucially, they also comply with planning requirements for listed buildings and conservation areas."
22 Standard CR-10 and 41 CR-15 models were supplied for the project, along with 6 Studio Designer Range rooflights.
